In-person nutritional consultation Cost: $300, payable in cash at the time of the consultation. Includes: -7-day personalized meal plan. -Bi-weekly follow-up. -Physical evaluation: weight, height, and body composition measurement using an 8-electrode bioimpedance scale (Fitmao-280). -Indicator report: body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, body water, metabolic age, daily calories, and BMI. -Grocery shopping list and suggested brands. -Recommended exercise routine. -Personalized recommendation guide. -Follow-up via mobile app. -Nutrition education. -Questions answered via WhatsApp. Personalized Bilingual Consultations
