​​My vocation as a nutritionist comes from my commitment to accompany each person on their path to a healthier life, providing the tools and knowledge necessary to improve their quality of life.

Since the beginning of my career, I have focused on supporting people with chronic degenerative diseases such as:​

• Diabetes Mellitus

• Hypertension

• Gastrointestinal Diseases

• Kidney Disease

• Overweight and Obesity​

 

Chronic degenerative diseases account for approximately 50% of deaths in Mexico, according to data from the Federal Ministry of Health, and about 70–90% of all deaths in the United States, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Over time, my experience and vocation led me to specialize in nutrition applied to kidney disease, through a diploma program offered by the College of Nutritionists of the State of Nayarit A.C., which I completed in 2021.

In 2025, I earned my Diabetes Educator diploma, endorsed by the Mexican Diabetes Association in Mexico City. This training has allowed me to provide more comprehensive support to people living with diabetes, focusing not only on treatment but also on preventing complications through self-management and continuous education.

Self-monitoring is a key tool for preventing both short- and long-term complications. Learning to understand the body, track its levels, and make informed decisions empowers patients to live with greater well-being and autonomy.

My commitment is to guide each client through the process of adopting habits that promote a healthier lifestyle, preventing complications and improving overall health and well-being, not just kidney function.
